5 Skincare Tips For Acne Sufferers
5 Skincare Tips For Acne Sufferers
Treating acne early can clear the skin, which may prevent acne scars, worsening acne, or years of living with acne.
Wash Your Face Twice Daily And After Sweat.
Acne-prone skin is often sensitive skin and washing more than twice a day can worsen your acne by irritating your skin. Dermatologists recommend washing your face when you wake up, before going to sleep at night and whenever it gets sweaty.
Avoid Popping, Picking or Squeezing.
Popping a pimple may seem like the fastest way to clear it, but popping it can actually make things worse. Every time you touch, pick, or pop, you can worsen acne and can possibly lead to the development of acne scars after your skin has healed.

Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston are Derma Roller lovers!
The celebrities are all over derma rollers for a long time and it is definitely one of the Hollywood's best kept secrets! Derma rolling is an inexpensive break-through remedy that stimulates new collagen production to reduce acne scars, wrinkles, pigmentation and stretch marks!
When asked by People Magazine, Jennifer Aniston openly shared her beauty secrets: "I use a dermaroller, that's really good. I just learned about that a couple of months ago from a facialist in New York. It allows the serums and whatever products you're using to really soak in."
This revolutionary treatment has also been popular with other celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Demi Moore!
What are derma rollers?
Derma rollers are handheld beauty device covered in microneedles - needles ranging from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm.
Derma rollers are rolled over the skin to create tiny punctures which stimulates NEW collagen and elastin production. These new collagen travel up to the surface of the skin to reduce the appearance of acne scars, fine lines and even stretch marks!
The tiny punctures in your skin also act as direct channels for skincare products like serum to penetrate deeper into your skin, thereby allowing more goodness of these products to be absorbed.
Rejuviss 5-in-1 Derma Roller Set comes in a set of 4 derma roller heads to target different parts of your face and body. They are exclusively sold on the Rejuviss website.

The 1200 microneedles derma roller is designed specifically for your body to target acne scars on your back, body and other areas of your skin. " Still shook seeing how this is only two sessions with micro-needling 😮. •
I’ve got sensitive skin, so I’m not going crazy with micro-needling and giving my skin time to heal in between sessions💚. •
The indentation of scars is decreasing significantly ☺️. Redness and hyperpigmentation going down, say whaaaaaa!? 💚. •"
"Skin Update 🌺✨ I’ve had two dermarolling sessions with my @rejuvissskin repair kit and I’m loving the results so far"
"STRAIGHT AFTER DERMA ROLLING ⏭️ THE NEXT MORNING:
First time using the @rejuviss Derma Roller kit yesterday sooooo here are my first thoughts for you guys!:
- The roller comes with a few different heads you can pick depending on the surface area you wanna roll - I like this. I do want to progress to rolling my back so a larger roller will come in handy! 👍
- I used the medium sized one as I haven't got much active acne atm to manoeuvre around #thankyoujesus🙏
- There were some points where I could feel the roller, especially on my forehead, but it's wasn't painful just a miiiiiiinor discomfort
- I really liked their serum! 😱 Haven't used any oils in agessss but this one didn't make me feel greasy and hasn't broken me out so far.... 👀
- My face was pretty red straight after as you can see in the first pic, but it did calm down after a few hours! This morning my skin was back to its normal colour (lighting is different tho) and did look smoooooth AF 👌
Overall happy with my first try and can confirm I shall be Derma Rolling again #staytuned"
